Thanks for posting your question.
I’m in the UK.
One of the key parts of the MPSH training is that it covers how to structure your business depending on where you live and which Amazon market you want to start selling on.
Most people start with Amazon US, regardless of where they live. Once they are getting success there, they may look to expand to Amazon UK, Germany etc.

Thanks for your comment.
I know the Helium tool quite well.
No, you wouldn’t need to purchase that or anything similar with MPSH.
They have their own system for finding products and have screening software to make sure you only pursue the ones with the highest sales potential.
That product screening software is included in the course price.

Thank you for sharing your research. I’m a beginner. As I began my search for information on this new venture, I came across Helium. While this is not a training course, it’s a subscription based tool that seems necessary in this business. Helium appears to have it’s own training course called Freedom Ticket…it’s free if you become a paid subscriber to Helium, otherwise it’s $997 for the course. Is there a similar tool that comes (free) with MPSH? Or is there a Helium type tool that will need to be purchased or subscribed to? Thank you.

Hey Scott,
Pleased to see you’ve spent a bit of time on my site:-)
Yes, business and company set up is covered and the emphasis is on setting up from the very start with a limited liability company.
The advice is to hook yourself up with an accountant from the start as well because everyone’s tax situation is different.
Yes, I’m an affiliate of MPSH so I would receive a commission for any purchases.
As I’m sure you are well aware though, pretty much all Amazon FBA courses have affiliate programs, therefore I could get paid by just about any of them…so no need for me to be biased.

Can you tell me if MPSH covers sections regarding setting up LLC’s and how to handle P&L and also how to manage state or federal taxes here in the US? I know they are overseas.

Also, are you an affiliate of MPSH getting paid for any of this? Thanks!

Hi Nas,
I’m surprised to hear that the call was just canned, you are right, that is poor customer service. I’m still a fully paid up member of MPSH so I will feed that back to them.
A do still recommend the course and a big factor in why I do, aside from the quality of their content, is because they are honest people with integrity. I’ve always found their support to be excellent.
Trust me I understand where you are coming from, before I set this site up I was skinned left right and centre trying to find an online course that actually taught what they claimed to teach.
