mental wellness quotes in black text on a gold and black diagonally split background

Thankfully we now live in an age where mental wellness is openly discussed.

And it's been a long time coming.

One of the most important things that has come to light in these more open times, is that many people, if indeed not all people, struggle with their mental wellness at some point or other.

This is certainly not to detract from the reality that for some people, mental wellness is an ongoing struggle that has to be faced on an almost daily basis.

Hopefully one or two of the following mental wellness quotes will be enough to lift your mood on some days, and even be a raft to cling to when the waters are rougher on others.

This time the words that serve so well as a mental wellness quote were written by Chynna Phillips in reference to her drinking and drug abuse.

“Some day somebody's gonna make you want to turn around and say goodbye.

Until then, baby, are you going to let 'em hold you down and make you cry?

Don't you know?

Don't you know, things can change, things'll go your way

If you hold… on for one more day.

Can you hold… on for one more day?

Things'll go your way…

Hold on for one more day.”

‘Hold On' by Wilson Phillips
